We need your help – and, we have lots of opportunities for volunteers as the Black Bear Bicycle Tour becomes more and more popular in cycling circles!

The Black Bear Bicycle Tour could not exist without the help of Grayling Rotary and community volunteers who lend service in the following areas:

FEED STATIONS

• Volunteer at a feed station (beverage and snacks)
  
• Coordinator of feed station volunteers and food/beverage delivery, pickup of feed station supplies after tour

CORNER MARSHALL

• Along the 100 mile route, pointing cyclers in the right direction.

FINISH LINE AREA

• Organize food/beverage table
  
• Scoring coordination
  
• Clean-up
  
• Safety control

SHUTTLE

• Shuttle bikes and riders back to Grayling or taking cars to Oscoda
  
• Load bicycles on the shuttle trailer, drive bicycles and riders back to Grayling from Oscoda

VOLITURE BALAI (the broom car) & SAG

• Assist our riders with help and assistance

Riders in waves of ten will depart each minute from 8AM to 9AM until all are gone. Riders will be assigned starting minutes according to request, availability and date of entry. We will do our best to place riders on requested minute and with riders of their choice. Please sign up early to increase the probability of getting your requested starting minute.

Proceeds will benefit the numerous community projects sponsored by the Grayling Rotary Club.
